Lots of us know how great it feels to get outdoors and take some exercise. After all running in a green environment has been proven to boost mood,

reduce stress, anxiety and negative emotions, to improve overall mental wellbeing.

We’re looking for a fantastic team of people who want to feel the benefits of this beautiful run, while showing their support of the many people who experience mental health problems.
