Are you used to running but want to challenge yourself, perhaps to try a longer distance or beat your personal best? We’re here to help.

Intermediate Training Advice

This is for the regular running or someone who has done a couple of events and may want to beat their own time. We add in the concept of different paces here where we have the involvement of tempo running (at slightly above or on your target race pace) as well as interval training which helps bring up your speed as well as providing good variation in your training.
