Is this your first half marathon? Feeling nervous and not sure where to start? We’re here to help.
This is for new people looking to get in to running. The aim of the game here is consistency over a period of time - you need to run to get better at it so no excuses. As time goes by you can increase the duration of the runs until ultimately a few weeks out your long run may be up to an hour and a half in duration.
