This is the top level for those looking to perform like a pro. Integrated in to the mix is strength training which will help improve conditioning and top end pace. Structurally it helps you remain stronger around the core and will also allow you to develop a quicker top end pace. Recovery runs allow for the body to adapt to the training stress while the top end quick work done on the tempo and interval days aim to bring that time down as you can tolerate a higher intensity.
