Race Day

Race Day will be so much more than just a run through central London! There will be many activities to keep your family and friends busy whilst they wait to cheer you across the finish line.  

 

Race day also features Pulse3K, a race to encourage 11-16 year olds to get fit for their sport outdoors, as well as a scrumptious Food & Fitness Festival for the 40,000 friends and family enjoy.

FOOD & FITNESS FESTIVAL

The Food & Fitness festival is open from 8am until 4pm. Once again we will be planning a fun-packed programme of activities on the day with our event partners and charities.  This will include a wide range of sporting activities for everyone to try; main stage entertainment and live music to relax to, plus lots of giveaways.  The majority of activities will take place after the race has started using the large open space in front of the stage, which is used for the mass warm up in the morning, Check back soon for all the latest updates on the 2012 Food & Fitness Festival.

Prizes will be awarded in the following categories:

All winners are decided by chip time except for the overall man and woman positions which will be awarded by gun time.

The prizes are:

All participants will receive a wooden finisher's medal too.
