Pulse3K is a beautiful 3km city run for 11-16 year olds, which winds through two of London’s Royal Parks (Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens) and past the magnificent Royal Albert Hall and Albert Memorial.
Running is at the heart of so many sports, from football and tennis to boxing and fencing, and the Royal Parks Foundation would like to encourage as many young people as possible to “Get Fit for Your Sport”.
Find out more about Pulse3K.

Entry is £7 per place and all those who complete the 3km will receive a leaf shaped wooden finisher’s medal. There are trophies for the winners too!
The 2012 Pulse3K entry is now open! Register an individual or a team from a club or school.
Our #CharityTuesday goes out to our #GoldenOak charity partners this year @CR_UK, @MindCharity, @Tommys_baby and @unicef_uk
