"Running is brilliant as a health-enhancing physical activity. It's so easy
to get started, doesn't need much equipment and is really straightforward to
do anywhere and with anyone. I really believe that everyone can run and am
fully supportive of events that are really inclusive and provide exciting
opportunities for people - whatever their level of running experience,
background, age and fitness - to get out and give it a go. The Royal Parks Foundation
Half Marathon is an event that takes you around London's most beautiful
running spaces. What a way to set a challenge and have a great day out"
