INFORMATION FOR CHARITIES

All charity places in the Royal Parks Foundation Half Marathon 2012 cost £120.00 each. (This cost is exempt of VAT).

There are more benefits available to charities that purchase more places, although the top three levels of charities have now been filled.

The different levels of 2012 charity partnership are listed below:

GOLDEN OAK PARTNER 
(450 PLACES, MAXIMUM 4 CHARITIES)

MARKETING

• Profile in PR and Marketing campaign
• Acknowledgement on event branding in equal status with all Golden Oak partners (x4)
This includes:
• Promolink around the course
• Stage back drop

WEB BENEFITS

• Charity-specific permanent banner featured on every page of website
• Premium listing on charity page of website
• Whole dedicated page on event website with tailored content
• Weblink from event website to site of your choosing (e.g. charity homepage)

ADDITIONAL BENEFITS

• Premium space for your runners and supporters on race day
• Branding ownership of one of the water stations around the course.

SILVER BIRCH PARTNER 
(250-400 PLACES, MAXIMUM 5 CHARITIES)

WEB BENEFITS

• Charity logo featured on rotating banner on every page of website shared with other Silver Birch charity partners
• Premium listing on charity page of website below Golden Oak charity partners
• Whole dedicated page on event website with tailored contents
• Weblink from event website to site of your choosing (e.g. charity homepage)

ADDITIONAL BENEFITS

• Dedicated space on site for Silver Birch partners - details and cost tbc
• One Silver Birch dedicated viewing spot around the course (no infrastructure)

COPPER BEECH PARTNER 
(100-249 PLACES, MAXIMUM 10 CHARITIES)

WEB BENEFITS

• Tertiary listing on charity page of website
• Whole dedicated page on event website with tailored contents
• Weblink from event website to site of your choosing (e.g. charity homepage)

ADDITIONAL BENEFITS

• Option of space in charity marquee in village area for an additional fee of £100

ELM PARTNER (50-99 PLACES)
