The Royal Parks Foundation is the charity that helps support London’s eight amazing Royal Parks, which need our help now more than ever because their funding has to stretch even further.
London’s Royal Parks are unique, covering 5,000 acres of carefully conserved historic parkland in one of the world’s greatest cities. Visited by millions every year, they offer a personal space amidst the hustle and bustle of the city. The Parks make an enormous contribution to physical and mental well-being, the environment, and the economy and give our capital city its distinctive character and improve our quality of life.
The Royal Parks Foundation raises vital funds to help protect, support and enhance The Royal Parks, which are home to 130,000 trees and other plants, 170 species of bees and other wildlife and 280 historic monuments one of the most vital sources of wellbeing in our capital city.
The eight Royal Parks are: Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, Regent’s Park, The Green Park, St James’s Park, Bushy Park, Richmond Park and Greenwich Park.
As the charity for The Royal Parks and the hosts of the Half Marathon and Pulse3K races, we hope that you share our love and appreciation of these wonderful green spaces in the heart of London.
We really need your support to help keep the “lungs of London” in beautiful condition and bursting with life, for generations to enjoy, now and in the future.
For over 500 years The Royal Parks have made a difference to the lives of their 37 million annual visitors.
